On December 6, 2024, Rep. Miller announced that the National Park Service will waive entrance fees for over 400 national parks on six holidays in 2025. Later that day, Rep. Miller expressed gratitude upon receiving a Legislative Recognition Award from @amerambassoc. She reiterated her commitment to advancing legislation such as the PEAKS Act and Improving Access to Emergency Medical Services for Seniors Act, which aim to support EMS services and patients in West Virginia. “Thank you @amerambassoc for honoring me with a Legislative Recognition Award! I am committed to introducing more legislation like the PEAKS Act and Improving Access to Emergency Medical Services for Seniors Act which supports EMS and West Virginia patients.”

On December 9, Rep. Miller recounted her positive experience meeting with students from the West Virginia Chamber Foundation’s JWVG program. She praised them as bright and driven individuals ready to enter the workforce and extended her best wishes as they continue their education journey. “I had a great time meeting with students from the West Virginia Chamber Foundation’s JWVG program.They are all bright, young, driven individuals who are eager to get out into the world and enter the workforce!
