On November 26, 2024, Rep. Miller expressed gratitude for her experience at the Doctors Forum Reception held in September. She acknowledged the contributions of pediatricians and others committed to ensuring access to quality healthcare services. In her words: “I had a great time attending the Doctors Forum Reception back in September.” She further emphasized her appreciation for the doctor-patient relationship.

The following day, on November 27, 2024, Rep. Miller addressed issues concerning legislative authority and tax regulation changes by the IRS. She stated: “The IRS does not have authority to write laws, Congress does.” This statement was made in reference to changes involving the 1099-K threshold.
