On Monday, Feb. 24, former Woodrow Wilson High School standout La’Naeyah Ayers’ current college team, the Bluefield State Big Blue, lost 10-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Sue Morris Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Big Blue’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 1 p.m. at Graham Recreation Park against Southern Virginia Knights.
