On Sunday, March 23, former Chapmanville Regional High School standout Erica Sigmon’s current college team, the West Virginia State Yellow Jackets, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wheeling Cardinals.

The game took place at JB Chambers I-470 Complex. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 4 p.m. at Lady Jackets Field against Charleston Golden Eagles.
