On February 13, 2025, Rep. Miller expressed her support for Mike Stuart’s nomination as general counsel for the Department of Health and Human Services by President Trump. She stated: “Congratulations to fellow West Virginian from Kanawha County, @MikeStuartWV on his nomination to serve as the general counsel for @HHSGov! President Trump made the right decision in appointing Mike. I know that he and @RobertKennedyJr will help make America healthy again!”
The following day, on February 14, 2025, Rep. Miller announced her efforts to strengthen ties with Middle Eastern allies through legislative action. On February 16, 2025, Rep. Miller addressed concerns regarding flooding in West Virginia by urging residents to stay informed and safe amidst changing conditions. She conveyed: “This is a very serious situation. West Virginians, be safe and be aware of the changing circumstances. My office is monitoring the flooding and will provide updates as more information becomes available.”
