On April 2, 2025, Rep. Miller credited former President Trump for stimulating business investments in the U.S., remarking, “Thanks to President Trump, businesses are investing in America! Jobs are returning to the U.S. and our economy is growing rapidly.”

Later on the same day, April 2, 2025, she addressed the needs of Emergency Medical Services personnel, emphasizing the importance of resource allocation to enhance patient care. As she tweeted, “EMS personnel must have the resources to deliver care on the spot for patients with minor incidents.” She announced her involvement in reintroducing the CARE Act to ensure EMS reimbursement for on-site care provided to seniors.

On April 3, 2025, Rep. Carol Miller brought attention to initiatives supporting individuals reentering society after incarceration. She endorsed recognizing April as Second Chance Month, noting, “It’s important we provide the necessary support for people who are reentering society & the workforce post incarnation.
