Census Bureau: More women than men in Williamson in 2019

Of the 2,803 people living in Williamson in 2019, 54.6 percent (1,530) were women and 45.4 percent (1,273) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southern West Virginia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 840-to-712. In the 65 and over age range, there were 313 females and 224 males.
