Of the 422 people living in Meadow Bridge in 2019, 49.8 percent (210) were women and 50.2 percent (212) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southern West Virginia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 117-to-113. In the 65 and over age range, there were 43 females and 27 males.
