Census Bureau: More women than men in MacArthur in 2020

Of the 1,712 people living in MacArthur in 2020, 53.2 percent (910) were women and 46.8 percent (802) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southern West Virginia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 24. In the 65 and over age range, there were 231 females and 224 males.
