Of the 1,800 people living in Daniels in 2020, 53.1 percent (956) were women and 46.9 percent (844) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southern West Virginia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 39. In the 65 and over age range, there were 285 females and 141 males.
