One ambitious WVU Tech student plans to map the sky | Elizabeth Lowe
Elizabeth Lowe worked with her mentor, Thomas Chamberlin, a software engineer at Green Bank Observatory in Green Bank, WV to create a dashboard that visualized sky position data. Green Bank has been called the “quietest place in America” due to its federal government classification as a National Radio Quiet Zone.
