Quincy Combs is a West Virginia finalist in the United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP). He is a junior at Moorefield High School and plans to attend West Virginia University. Combs’ deep passion for politics and the opportunity to deepen that passion and acquire more knowledge of politics motivated him to apply for the USSYP.
