We are pleased to announce the first annual winter festival, Frostyfest!!! The festival will take place January 26 – 29, throughout Jefferson County-- so mark your calendars and join our event page now: https://fb.me/e/2lhLe2QXw
There will be activities in each of the four towns such as Ice Skating at Shepherd University, a showing of the movie Frozen at Charles Washington Hall, door decorating contest in Bolivar, and a scavenger hunt in Harpers Ferry that extends county wide. For the adults, there will be dinner and comedy acts on Friday evening at the Charles Washington Hall.

In addition to supporting local merchants, the CVB is hoping to support local charities with the proceeds of any admission fees collected for the activities.
*Frostyfest is a collaborative effort between Bolivar, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, Jefferson Arts Council, Jefferson County WV Chamber of Commerce, Shepherd University and Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission.
