WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) released the following statement after the passage of the Fiscal Responsibility Act. In a bipartisan vote, the House of Representatives passed The Fiscal Responsibility Act which will prevent the United States government from defaulting on its debt, cut unnecessary government spending, and complete the Mountain Valley Pipeline.
