Rep. Carol Miller, a member of the U.S. Congress representing West Virginia’s 1st district since 2019, recently shared her views on several issues through social media posts. Miller, who has been active in public service since her tenure in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2018, expressed support for causes ranging from life rights advocacy to economic legislation.

On January 24, 2025, Rep. Carol Miller acknowledged the significance of the annual March for Life event by expressing gratitude towards those committed to "protecting the rights of the unborn and helping their mothers." "Today is the 2025 #MarchForLife! Thank you to all who are devoted to protecting the rights of the unborn and helping their mothers."

Later that day, she criticized a tax policy implemented by President Biden's administration, claiming it adversely affected domestic industries. Miller stated that "The Biden administration’s Superfund tax weakened the U.S. chemical industry and raised the cost of household goods." She further announced her involvement in re-introducing legislation aimed at repealing this tax to bolster industry strength and ensure global competitiveness. "I joined my colleagues in re-introducing the Chemical Tax Repeal Act to help strengthen the industry and promote fair competition globally."

In another post on January 24, Miller highlighted her commitment to supporting American manufacturing sectors by announcing efforts related to aluminum production. She emphasized its importance in providing employment opportunities across America: "The Aluminum industry plays an important role in U.S. manufacturing and provides 700,000 Americans with jobs." She also mentioned her role in re-launching a bipartisan initiative aimed at reinforcing this sector's vitality within Congress. "I am glad to re-launch the bipartisan Congressional Aluminum Caucus and work with my fellow co-chairs to embolden this critical industry."
