On March 5, 2025, Rep. Miller expressed support for President Trump's address to the nation. She stated that his speech highlighted key aspects of his administration that align with what "Americans voted for: a strong border, American energy dominance, and lower taxes for every American." She concluded her message by declaring "The Golden Age is here!"

She announced the reintroduction of the Saving Gig Economy Taxpayers Act aimed at revising the current reporting threshold set by Democrats.
