Miller remarked, "I was honored to join @POTUS at the White House today as he signed multiple executive orders to fortify the coal industry! No one works harder than a West Virginia coal miner, and I'm thankful we have a President who wants to fight for them and American coal."
The following day, April 9, 2025, Miller commented on President Trump’s economic strategy, highlighting his efforts to reduce economic dependence on China. She noted, "President Trump is enacting a strategic decoupling from China that is necessary for U.S. economic growth and job creation. The art of the deal."

Representative Miller, who resides in Huntington, West Virginia and was born in Columbus, Ohio, earned her BA from Columbia College.
