Rep. Carol Miller, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing West Virginia’s 1st district, has been actively engaging with local initiatives and projects as reflected in her recent social media posts. Miller's involvement spans from energy production collaborations to training programs for first responders, showcasing her focus on regional development and community preparedness.

On February 18, 2025, Rep. Carol Miller shared that "TIMET and @BHE_Renewables are working together to bolster West Virginian & American energy production!" She toured TIMET’s Ravenswood site to gain insights into their titanium manufacturing project, which is expected to create numerous jobs and supply essential industries with titanium parts.

The following day, February 19, 2025, she reported on her visit to the Walter Smittle III Regional Responder Training Facility by stating "I toured the Walter Smittle III Regional Responder Training Facility to learn about their program & see where they train WV's first responders." She emphasized the importance of such facilities in preparing law enforcement and EMS for emergencies like severe flooding.

On February 20, 2025, Rep. Miller reminded constituents about an upcoming event: "Today is the last day to sign up for the Vietnam War Veteran Pinning Ceremony I will be hosting in Charleston on April 24th." She noted that registration would close at noon that day.
