Rep. Carol Miller, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing West Virginia's 1st district since 2019, shared a series of tweets covering topics from political appointments to international relations and local emergencies.

On February 13, 2025, Rep. Miller expressed her support for Mike Stuart's nomination as general counsel for the Department of Health and Human Services by President Trump. She stated: "Congratulations to fellow West Virginian from Kanawha County, @MikeStuartWV on his nomination to serve as the general counsel for @HHSGov! President Trump made the right decision in appointing Mike. I know that he and @RobertKennedyJr will help make America healthy again!"

The following day, on February 14, 2025, Rep. Miller announced her efforts to strengthen ties with Middle Eastern allies through legislative action. She tweeted: "Bolstering relations with our allies in the Middle East is how we will promote peace through strength. I am reintroducing the Strengthening Cooperation and Security in the Middle East Act with @RepJimmyPanetta to encourage other countries to join the CSIPA and to prioritize…"

On February 16, 2025, Rep. Miller addressed concerns regarding flooding in West Virginia by urging residents to stay informed and safe amidst changing conditions. She conveyed: "This is a very serious situation. West Virginians, be safe and be aware of the changing circumstances. My office is monitoring the flooding and will provide updates as more information becomes available."
