On February 13, 2025, Rep. Miller expressed her support for Mike Stuart's nomination as general counsel for the Department of Health and Human Services by President Trump. She stated: "Congratulations to fellow West Virginian from Kanawha County, @MikeStuartWV on his nomination to serve as the general counsel for @HHSGov! President Trump made the right decision in appointing Mike. I know that he and @RobertKennedyJr will help make America healthy again!"
The following day, on February 14, 2025, Rep. Miller announced her efforts to strengthen ties with Middle Eastern allies through legislative action.
