"I am devastated by the recent flooding that has affected many communities in Southern WV," she stated. Later on February 18, Rep. Miller announced her collaboration with other state representatives to support emergency relief measures for West Virginia following the floods. "Due to the recent flooding in West Virginia, I joined @RepRileyMoore, @SenCapito, and @JimJustice_WV in sending a letter to @POTUS and @fema supporting Governor Morrisey’s major disaster declaration request," she wrote.
